शक्रपरिवर्तो नाम त्रयोविंशतितमः।
तेन खलु पुनरित्यादि एवं शिक्षमाणं चेत्यतः प्राक्। सदेवमानुषासुरं लोकं सर्वश्रावकप्रत्येकबुद्धयानिकाननुपायकुशलांश्च बोधिसत्त्वोऽभिभवति। तेषां चानभिभूतो भवतीति पञ्चमी विवृद्धिः॥
एवं शिक्षमाणं चेत्यादि आपरिवर्तान्तात्। चत्वारो लोकपालाः शक्रस्तदन्ये च देवास्तमुपसंक्रमिष्यन्तीत्यादिभिरनुशंसैः षष्ठी॥
शक्रेणोक्तः परिवर्तः शक्रपरिवर्तः॥
आर्याष्टसाहस्रिकायाः प्रज्ञापारमितायाः सारतमानाम्नि पञ्जिकायां रत्नाकरशान्तिविरचितायां त्रयोविंशतितमः परिवर्तः॥
