tṛtīyo'dhikāraḥ



gotraprabhedasaṃgrahaślokaḥ



sattvāgratvaṃ svabhāvaśca liṅgaṃ gotraprabhedatā

ādīnavo'nuśaṃsaśca dvidhaupamyaṃ caturvidhā||1||



dhātūnāmadhimukteśca pratipatteśca bhedataḥ|

phalabhedopalabdheśca gotrāstitvaṃ nirūpyate||2||



udagratve'tha sarvatve mahārthatve'kṣayāya ca|

śubhasya tatrimittatvāt gotrāgratvaṃ vidhīyate|| 3||



prakṛtyā paripuṣṭaṃ ca āśrayaścāśritaṃ ca tat|

sadasaccaiva vijñeyaṃ guṇottāraṇatārthataḥ||4||



kāruṇyamadhimuktiśca kṣāntiścādiprayogataḥ|

samācāraḥ subhasyāpi gotreliṅgaṃ nirupyate||5||



niyatāniyataṃ gotramahāryaṃ hāryameva ca|

pratyairgotrabhedo 'yaṃ samāsena caturvidhaḥ||6||



kleśābhyāsaḥ kumitratvaṃ vidhātaḥ paratantratā|

gotrasyādīnavo jñeyaḥ samāsena caturvidhaḥ||7||



cirādapāyagamanamāśumokṣaśca tatra ca|

tanuduḥkhopasaṃvittiḥ sodvegā sattvapācanā||8||



suvarṇagotravat jñeyamameyaśubhatāśrayaḥ|

jñānanirmalatāyogaprabhāvāṇāṃ ca niśrayaḥ||9||



suratnagotravatjñeyaṃ mahābodhinimittataḥ|

mahājñānasamādhyāryamahāsattvārthaniśrayāt||10||



aikāntiko duścarite 'sti kaścit

kaścit samudghātitaśukladharmā|

amokṣabhāgīyaśubho'sti kaścin

nihīnaśuklo'styapi hetuhīnaḥ||11||



gāmbhīryaudāryavāde parahitakaraṇāyodite dīrghadharme

ajñātvaivādhimuktirbhavati suvipulā saṃprapattikṣamā ca|

saṃpattiścāvasāne dvayagataparamā yadbhavatyeva teṣāṃ

tajjñeyaṃ bodhisattvaprakṛtiguṇavatastatprapuṣṭācca gotrāt||12||



suvipulaguṇabodhivṛkṣavṛddhyai dhanasukhaduḥkhaśamopalabdhaye ca|

svaparahitasukhakriyā phalatvād bhavati samudagra[samūlamudagra]gotrametat||13||
